Our Story

Kendra and Sean founded IncludED with a shared vision: to equip schools, early childhood centres, and organisations with practical, personalised support to embed inclusive practice—especially for neurodiverse individuals.

Their mission is to build capability from the inside out, offering tailored professional development, hands-on mentoring, and real-time strategies that create meaningful change in both education and workplace settings.Together, they bring extensive experience in specialist teaching, middle leadership, and senior leadership across diverse learning environments.

 

With a deep understanding of the New Zealand curriculum, inclusive frameworks, and neurodiversity-affirming practices, Kendra and Sean are passionate about walking alongside teams to co-create sustainable, inclusive cultures—one step at a time.
